3M 250 Scotch Flatback Masking Tape, Tan, 1 in x 60 yd, 6.0 mil. A pressure-sensitive rubber adhesive with special flatback paper backing that resists tearing and breakage. Used as a quality control paint adhesion testing tape. Features high peel adhesion and a strong flatback paper backing. Ideal for bundling and wrapping applications. Certified to AMS 3721 regulations for performing organic coating adhesion testing. Can be certified to meet ASTM D 6123 / D 6123M-97. Can be used to conduct ASTM D-3359 testing. Use in application temperatures up to 125 °F (52 °C) for up to 30 minutes.
