How do I know my transaction will be safe?

Our online shopping cart and security technology ensures the safest and most reliable checkout experience for our customers.  G3 Tapes, Inc. has our own dedicated SSL Certificate and all data is collected via a secure, encrypted form.

What happens after I’ve placed my order?

Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.  Once the order has been shipped (usually within 2 business days, but often the same day), you will receive another email with the tracking information. 

How are products delivered to me?

Most orders are completed within one business day and shipped via UPS ground.  If you prefer a different shipping method, simply contact us.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

All sales are final unless the product is defective.  If the product is defective, we will exchange the product.  We recommend only ordering one case on your first order to ensure that you are using the right product for your application.
