The Beast is stronger, stickier, and more conformable than any other product out there. Forms an immediate and permanent grip on virtually any material, including rough surfaces, porous substrates, and freezing cold foundations. Perfectly extruded and wound onto one extended liner, the Beast installs faster and easier than any other butyl. Extremely sticky, incredibly soft, one liner that is extended on both sides. Fast and stress-free application. Hand tearable, lowest temperature rating (-40F) of all butyls, highest temperature rating (180F) of all butyls. Amazing surface adhesion on rough surfaces. Non-hazardous and chemically inert. Ubelievably stretchable off the liner, puncture resistant and self-healing, permanently flexible and tacky, excellent resistance to moisture and air.
